Hi all, I apologise for not being able to leave comments on all submissions - over 160 entries is too much. But in general the designs I rate highest are those with one unique characteristic maximum. When 2 or more elements are used, it get too busy. Also, the use of arrow heads is a problem as they appear too heavy and may even be seen as aggressive. I deal with schools so a softer look/feel is best. the use of educational motifs is not relevant as the product is not about education; it's about communication. So an academic hat (mortarboard) or pencil etc doesn't; fit with our direction. thank you for your submissions, I hope this information helps.
