Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a financial technology product for high net work investors. Our name derives from the Trace8 knot, which is a knot used in mountaineering. Our technology allows our investors to make more aggressive investments that are riskier but offer higher returns. At the same time, our technology minimizes risks where possible, thus providing safety for the investor much like a climbing knot provides safety for a mountaineer. We allow our customers to go to new heights and push their boundaries because we represent trust, precision, and diligence.

The design should have the following

We want a wordmark. The 8 should be stylized so that we can use it independent of the rest of the logo. I would like the logo to either depict the sense of infinity or self reinforcing cycle. You can use the "figure 8 retrace knot" as inspiration. It might be better to stay abstract and avoid depicting the knot too closely. Ultimately, the logo should look good - that's the most important thing.
