The meat is grass-fed, humanely cared and slaughtered, real cage-free chickens and wild-caught seafood. The gourmet chef prepares the various, delicious, Tasty, healthy meals that are fresh never frozen, to the customers, place of business, gym or home. It is a family owned business that wants to help provide a convenient way to help many begin and stick to a healthier way of eating. A real way of eating healthy. In hopes to promote a healthier nation, decreasing cancers, sickness of all kinds decrease obesity and many adopting a real healthy way of life and passing this to their children for many generations to come. Many have a hard time knowing how to prepare healthy food that is real tasty and comforting with full of flavor.
