The design should have the following

Marine/Ocean based, good logo that inspires "passive non aggression" action. Sort of like Sea Shepherd but a little more about intervention. Instead of a skull by itself have a dive helmet with a skull inside, two tridents crossed in the background like in illustration 4 and underneath a broken harpoon. Black on white or white on black or red on black

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Television/screen
