Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a clothing company based out of Asheville, NC. The target audience are active people (hiking, fishing, hunting, etc), older / retired individuals, and youth.

The design should have the following

The logo needs to "cartoonish" and simple. I want face of a black bear or the entire body incorporated into the logo. Here is an example of a bear I consider "cartoonish": http://www.jpsbears.com/images/NorthCarolina_150505.jpg The logo background needs to be transparent and a lot of the clothing is going to be navy blue. I also want a triangular mountain incorporated. It can be green or gray with some snow on it. I want the words "mountain life" incorporated also. For this logo the lettering needs to be white. I want the text lower case. The words can be side by side or above and below. The text does not need to over power the rest of the logo and a simple font will suffice. It all should flow together nicely and in a square / rectangular area. The logo will be as small as a business card (I can remove the text if needed for this) and as large as a throw blanket (With or without text).

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Text that is not white. A bear that is not native to North Carolina (we have black bears).
