Describe your company and organization and target audience

Black woman led company with a technology background that shares information and knowledge to help others.  I am "Information Station and Motivation For The Self-Taught Entrepreneur"  My target audience is Black Women and people who want to learn how to grow wealth starting for free.

The design should have the following

I want more of an emblem style logo.   I prefer a round or crest type logo.  Use of the MJK initials might work as well.  Logo colors are purple, black and white. 

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
