Describe your company and organization and target audience

I am looking for a logo to represent my personal brand of business consulting; focussed against leadership development and organizational strategy implementation. (This would be a new business that would be service based with on line courses and social activation. YouTube, Podcast, Kajabi, etc.) My core products will be on line leadership courses on how to deliver positive disruption to an organization and leading people to accomplish the once thought unattainable. I would like to see designs that use greyscale and if you incorporate color blue. The final design should communicate personal connection, inspiration and represent professionals at all levels.
