Describe your company and organization and target audience

The International Church of Slemani is a Christian church located in Sulaymaniyah, Iraq (Kurdistan region). We are made up of people from many nations who happen to live together here in Kurdistan. While we live among the Kurdish-speaking people, our church ministries take place in English. We desire a logo that will represent us well to the English-speaking community (expats and Kurds) of our city and region. Some possible (but not essential) elements for the logo might include: 1) Mountains are very important to the Kurdish people, so some designs may want to incorporate mountain(s) in the logo. 2) The distinctive Kurdish sun (see the flag) might also make a subtle appearance.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

We are not set on our color scheme. Some designs may want to consider using some of the colors of the Kurdish flag (distinctive yellow, green, red, and white) which is easily found online. Another idea is earthy tones since we live in a desert land.
