Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is a parent company of a few companies that create/publish personality assessments, typically for hiring purposes. The current logo is rather outdated, and I'd like to see something a bit more modern and professional.

The design should have the following

The company is often referred to as "IML", so I think it makes sense it should include IML in the logo and then spell out "Institute for Motivational Living" in smaller text, either to the right or perhaps below. Since the logo has always had a silhouette of a face, it might be nice to work one in somehow. One thought I had was to somehow work it into the "I".
