This is a professional high performance Real Estate Team, they need to project an image of professionalism, dynamism, and a "can-do" attitude, with a fresh and clean design look.

The design should have the following

The current design, as seen on the website listed above (top, left of the picture of the realtors), is liked, but we feel it needs to be refreshed, while still keeping its roots so it's identifiable, as this logo has been seen, and has been successful, for years. We would like to be able to start designing a colour palette around a newer logo that can be used across the branding for this team.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

Colors to use in the design

Working with RE/MAX means that the red/blue/white combinations are an easy go-to for colours. The red/blue in the current logo is liked by all the realtors already, but they are not against considering a new colour look if it can be done in a way that still keeps the roots of the original design.
