It is a pitch-free content website that will bring together the best CPAs, attorneys, angel capitalists, and other thought leaders to teach average investors how to lessen the risk of equity crowd funding websites, how to choose the best platforms to invest through, and how to make money with this new form of investing. This is a monitored content site including a blog, forum, and resource page that does not allow people to solicit business on the public site. We hope to achieve the bigger goal of helping more of the 99% achieve the results of the 1%.
