Ellsworth Correctional Facility is a prison located in Ellsworth, Kansas. They are wanting to recruit more 20-25 year old male and females to become correction officers, social workers, and other administrative staff. Even though they are a prison, they don't want shields for logo or anything that would depict the ugly side of a prison (bars, wire, etc.) The prison has a huge focus on rehab with job training and education. They would like to use the acronym ECF as the design part of the logo. In their recruiting efforts, most of their employees enjoy working there because they want to make a difference.
