BLOC Management is a real estate company offering a variety of residential housing accommodations. We offer housing in the Las Vegas and Phoenix markets ranging from short term furnished vacation rentals to mid term (30 day+) furnished rentals to long term unfurnished rental homes. We pride ourselves on our operational excellence and obsession over guest wants and needs. Our target audience spans from vacationers to traveling professionals, insurance claim temporary housing to long term tenants and everything in between

The design should have the following

BLOC should be prominent along with a memorable logo or symbol. Somehow incorporating the meaning of BLOC (definition) and translating into how pairing travelers from all walks of life with high quality housing accommodations with the shared vision of an unforgettable experience is priority #1
