Biscayne Capital Advisors (Biscayne) is a privately held real estate investment firm based in Miami, FL. We provide real estate investments for private capital. With capital preservation at the forefront, we seek to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns for our investors, across economic cycles and different property types.

The firm looks to directly acquire or provide equity in commercial real estate in high growth southeastern markets in the US, with a focus on major markets in Florida. Biscayne seeks to acquire high-quality, cash-flowing, real estate investments at discounts to replacement costs, that have a path to additional value. Biscayne has long history in cold storage, logistics, and office assets in the United States.

Through contrarian investing, hands-on asset management and targeted value-add initiatives, our efforts result in outsized returns for our partners & investors and strong economic assets for communities.
