Describe your company and organization and target audience

I am a Realtor in the Fraser Valley, B.C. I am professional, but colourful and friendly. I am approachable and human. I always prefer to stand out rather then blend in. My clients are a range from businesspeople to families and seniors. I want to be professional, but unique and different.

The design should have the following

The logo I have already is one I created myself, but is rather simple. I would like the overall idea of a new logo to be similar as I have (biRo with a roof and windows). Colours should be Orange and Blue with your choice of accents. I am looking for a bit more flair and depth to the logo I already have. I am looking for something similar, but modernized, perhaps showing a kind of energy or vibrancy. I have thought about the idea of a circle around it, maybe or maybe not connecting to the roof. Something with some energy or stand-outedness.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Please don't stray crazy super far off from what I already have made for myself. You can see this at www.buywithbiro.ca. I am looking to modernize and energize the logo I already have while keeping the general look similar at least so as not to confuse my clients.

Colors to use in the design

My primary brand colours are [ blue: 0F61A3 ] and [ orange: FF9B16 ] , with [ white: FFFFFF ] and an [ off-black: 2B2B2B ] as accents. Your creative ideas are welcome though if adding into this for detail and accent.
