Describe your company and organization and target audience

The target audience for this website will be leaders (managers, directors, vice presidents) for learning and development functions in corporate and government organizations.  We will take questions from this audience weekly and find answers from experts (chief learning officers).

The design should have the following

Looking for something clean and modern.  The letter "O" could be used as part of the logo to speak to a continuous loop of learning?

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

Colors to use in the design

The logo should have some blacks, grays, blues.  But it could also be rendered in merchandise as black and white, so should translate from color to monochrome.
