Mine (988618) is not a copy of yours... I was before you to put "pizzeria" on top of the restaurant name with a curve. The rest of the similarities are just way to generic.

If you feel this strongly about it I will have to consider to change it somehow. I honestly did not have any intention on copying you. I actually got inspired by another logo that i found when i googled pizza logos.
