Y Meadows is an AI ticket resolution system. It sits on top of platforms such as Zendesk and Freshworks, and reads emails, understands the intent of the issue, and resolves them without human agent intervention. Our mission is to reduce boring or disruptive tasks so agents (whether HR, customer service, accounting etc) can focus on high level tasks.

The Y Meadows target audience is enterprise businesses that have large amounts of internal and external tickets on a daily basis - typically organizations with 400+ employees. Our prime points of contact are CIO's and CTO's

We are looking for a tough design mix of modern tech startup and professional, enterprise focused

The design should have the following

The Y Meadows text should not be heavily integrated in the design of the icon.

Some sort of design tie in AI or modern tech focus. It should not be related to meadows unless you can tie meadows into an AI or technology theme.

Interesting and creative font options (including lowercase/uppercase options) are also appreciated.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
