Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a property management company that also deals in real estate. As the property management section of the company we are looking for a professional logo with clean lines that would be appealing to people owning large complexes or developments. We also do residential property management but we are really looking to expand the bigger scale commercial side of our business.

The design should have the following

Looking for clean lines and professional but modern look. Would be interested to see logo with just the text "YEG Property Management" and one that incorporates some sort of relevant image. Colours used in our affiliates logo are dark blue (002c59 - 100 C / 55 M / 0 Y / 65 K) and red (b70e2b - 0 C / 100 M / 79 Y / 27 K). Some incorporation of these colours may be nice for continuity between the two but we are open to other colour options.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
