Employee benefits consulting and insurance brokerage. This is a rebrand of http://www.benderbenefits.com. The target audience is primarily public sector agencies (cities, counties, school districts, etc.). The secondary target is associations (e.g., unions, trade associations, etc.).

The design should have the following

This company is becoming the sister company of ActNow Strategies (www.ActNowStrategies.com) and the color scheme should mirror the colors in the ActNow brand (see below). The logo should be playful and accessible, but also serious and sophisticated.

Insurance companies traditionally use an umbrella theme - don't use that. We're trying to be different and focus more on the individuals whose lives will be improved because of better benefits, less focus on the products themselves.
