Some ideas you might consider: Incorporate an icon of money or a dollar sign to indicate wealth. Incorporate an icon of a computer monitor to convey WebTV. These are just thoughts to get things started...

Web TV refers to an industry, see the Wikipedia article posted above. It's a common industry term that is not copyright. Microsoft do not challenge this fact.
