Not your usual lineup

Describe your company and organization and target audience

First and foremost, we want something bold. We'd also like the font or graphical elements to have a sporty feel, or an urban/metropolitan feel, or both. But we do not want "standard fare" sports icons, like footballs or baseballs, because our sports

The design should have the following

This logo needs to be versatile enough to be used on our website, official letterhead, business cards, event posters, sponsor materials, etc. Ideally, we'd like it to be an icon with the name included in it, and have that icon be a uniform shape such as a square or circle - but we are open to other possibilities as long as they can scale to the other media types. And because we are a new organization, we'd prefer to use the full name and not abbreviate to "UASA".

Our audience is twofold. 1) Internally, we want to attract other amateur sports teams/leagues to become members in our alliance, as well as potential sponsors to our organization. 2) Externally, we want to reach the people who will attend our spor
