Describe your company and organization and target audience
We intend to feature local and regional wines; a handful of craft beers on tap and bottle; and small plates that will complement both wine and beer. Options of beer tasting and wine flights will allow consumers new to the experience of tasting wine/beer to find their preference. The offered small plates to pair with beer and wine will include types of Charcuterie (cured, smoked and preserved meats), artisan cheeses, accompanied by local fruits, nuts and honey. We will feature cheese, charcuterie boards, wines and beers in a comfortable setting with an approachable elegance. Targeted audience: Mature crowd.
