5+ Ooooohhhhhh! I really love this design. It is clean, modern, fresh. Very very well done. The circles are such a nice touch. The kids still look young to me which I like. So wouldn't change a thing there either. I like the how well the different shades o pink work so well together.
I thought maybe the idea of the baby girls being a little older would help with the impression that their mama is speaking from a place of experience. And (this will haunt me in my dreams) I just noticed that I missed a space after "smart." Easily remedied, but there it is. : )
