Also, I like that there is an icon and the name separate, which gives us the choice of using one or the other depending on the situation. What would you do to merge them into one if we wanted to incorporate both in our look?

The closest to what I'm looking for. I like the banner idea with the TCS framed the way it is. What would it look like on a white background using a navy blue as the base color? Good entry!
