Too much going on with the fonts here and not really digging the hands bending the dumbell. It is a bit cartoony. We are really looking for clean lettering, and symbolic representations as opposed to detailed or cartoon style designs. I like that you made the Total large and most prominent. I think we are looking for something that is like "stamped" layers and not as much blended colors. Maybe find a way to depict "Total" symbolically and incorporate into the name of the site.
