Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a real estate group of 7 members with Keller Williams Realty in the Houston area. We have been in business for over 25 years. We are targeting to higher-end clients seeking luxury homes 500k or higher. We are a family business. We consistently close about $30 million in real estate per year, and constantly strive to do better.

The design should have the following

Although we have been in business for 25 years, we've never actually had a logo created. Therefore, we don't have consistent marketing. For your reference, I will be attaching samples of some of our current marketing, as well as some samples of other marketing we like. We need to have both "The Zoller Group" and "www.FineHomesHouston.com" in the logo.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

We do not want a logo that looks cheap or gimmicky.
