The design should have the following

An upscale and elegant , happy smiling character of an almond or an apple or other fruit in the state of Vermont .. or maybe a beautiful tree with almonds and fruit trays

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
