Describe your company and organization and target audience
Perhaps the river could be shaped like an "S" for Stonebrook. Maybe incorporated into the "Stonebrook" name as the "S" ONLY if it does not make it hard to read.
The design should have the following
4 important aspects: mid-rise 3-6 story building (nothing that looks highrise), a town-home, a river, and the name. We want the words "The" and "Company" to be proportionately smaller than the word "Stonebrook". General color of logo: DARK BLUE.
This design should not have this in the entries
Mostly investors and banks. We have to convince people to lend or invest with us so we can buy existing properties or develop new land. Our consulting branch appeals to those looking to buy land and construct a residence or commercial building.
