Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are builders who will be building a 9 Unit Residential apartment building called The Peninsula. It is directly opposite a beautiful ocean and the area is known for it's sea-side living, ocean breezes, relaxed lifestyle, elegant surroundings with the surf, sun and sea visible from most places. The potential buyers for these units are people who want a sea change and range from 50-70yrs old.

The design should have the following

PLEASE REFER TO THE 2 UPLOADED PHOTOS OF THE BUILDING I HAVE ATTACHED.
The design needs to be simple, modern, classic and elegant. It needs to be a stunning looking LOGO. These units will be high end so the LOGO needs to look beautiful but also strong. The building has some curved walls and some very straight angles which compliment eachother. The logo can have colour in it that reflects the ocean of sun etc but used sparingly and tastefully.... not TOO colourful. It can also be with no colour. I'm happy to see people's ideas.
I would also like to see the design written with: The Peninsula Apartments. Perhaps the word 'apartments' could be underneath the design in a different font or something as we may not always use that version. The main version will just be The Peninsula.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

No cliched clip art. If there is any drawing type artwork, it needs to be elegant and clever, simple and beautiful. It can be only TEXT too.

Not too colourful unless it's some amazing design.

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

The building colours will off-white, a dark brown/grey colour and some side screening possibly in a metallic gold colour.

Any of those type colours with maybe a touch of ocean Blue or green, Gold etc....I'm happy to see what people come up with as long as it's modern and elegant. It doesn't have to have too much colour in it though.
