Describe your company and organization and target audience

This is the naming of our new multi-family building located in Northern Liberties (Philadelphia, PA). The name of the building was based off the past use of the previous owner. He was a well known metal welder in Philadelphia. Link to an article below:

The design should have the following

Building named after a previous use of the land (welding).

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

Looking to produce a logo to stamp our new apartment building under construction. Will be the face of the building and the staple name for those goin
