The design should have the following

I am looking for a very professional logo, something with either the initials "CM" or the name "Meyer". I would prefer a logo where the initials or last name are part of the logo and can be used in conjunction with the name of the business or not. I am open to other color options, but a royal blue is my first choice, and if there is a secondary color, I would prefer yellow.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I do not want anything cartoon-ey.
