A logo for a new mixed-use real estate development in Elkhorn, NE. This area is the wealthier part of the city and the development will have a very high-end feel. Businesses in this development could be Starbucks, an Apple Store, a local high-end brewery, a high-end healthy lunch option, etc. We also see there being corporate office users such as a tech company, or a bank headquarters, advertising agencies, etc. The landscaping will be pristine and include a river walk lined by Edison bulbs. There will be opportunities for people to come and enjoy the day there and areas where they can sit and enjoy a fire pit with a beer.

The design should have the following

Open to various different colors, but would love a simple black and white version as well. The final design should communicate community, collaboration, wealth and elegance.
