Startup real estate company focusing on single family residential real estate. Modern & upscale but not too stuffy.

The design should have the following

Residential is a descriptive word, we also go by The Brokerage. We like bold and modern and have been leaning towards a mid century modern feel but are open to suggestions. We would like the design and text to be integrated together somehow. It needs to be easy to read and eye catching on a real estate yard sign. We would like to be able to use it on a light or dark background.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Do not prefer graphics of homes.

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

We started with black and white but now are looking and grey and orange esp if we go more mid century but we are open to ideas.
