Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a small Jewish congregation in suburbs of NYC. We are planning a celebration to celebrate front line workers in our community - The event will be called TBA Celebrates Heroes and Hope. We are hoping for a logo that highlights the two H's.

The logo should convey:

*hopeful and happy,
*not too extravagant
*simple - I think we need to be mindful of the economic climate so it shouldn't look to fancy - understated but cheery
*maybe use the Van Gogh almond blossom as inspiration in terms of mood /color (almond blossoms stand for Hope)
*heroes and hope (can use the words if they want - or just the two "H" s)

The design should have the following

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

no bright colors / very muted pastel colors
more romantic type face as opposed to bold
no need to use any Jewish symbols unless you think they work with your creation

light colors leaning towards pastels - again use the almond blossom as a guide
