Describe your company and organization and target audience

Realtor team selling residential homes and properties in San Luis Obispo County. We are located on the Central Coast of California. Working with all ranges of buyers and sellers from $200,000 up to $8 million properties.
We are located near the coast/beaches and lucky to be surrounding and rolling hills and small mountains and trees. NOT large jagged mountains but soft rolling hills and NO Snow.

The design should have the following

Simple and clean design. Thinking an image on the top and "Team Wurster" below. The image to contain some combination of a rolling hill/mountains, with sun rising and also water/ocean/waves incorporated and possibly one oak tree if it works with the logo. NO snow topped or jagged mountains as we do not have snow. Rolling hills. -thank you

This logo will be used for
