Thanks to all of you who submitted entries! What I feel like is missing is a symbol that represents me and my work. My mission is to help people find a deeper connection with themselves (self), others (their family, children, friends, community, etc.), and spirit (god, the earth, nature, "other-ness", essence, etc.). I'd like a symbol (with my name incorporated) that reflects this. My two businesses are www.tarahealing.com and www.inurmagazine.com. I'd like the vibe closer to in|ur magazine rather than the "flowery feel" of the taraheaing website (which will soon be obsolete). The new logo will help me redesign my new website. Thank you!

Thanks to all of you for your hard work on my designs. So far the closest is #5463. Here are some things that I'm clearer about since I started: no circles turquoise/red color scheme branches and berries (like Cherry Blossoms but with little red berries instead of flowers) no script fonts Thank you! I hope this helps...

Hi all, The branches and berries aren't working out. I am realizing how hard this is not communicating ideas and sharing pictures in person. That said, I like the Century Gothic font with "herrick" in bold. And my favorite "symbol" is the blue flower by bornaraidr. I'm letting go of the turquoise and red. That was the branch and berries concept that hasn't seemed to pan out. Since time is running out, please continue sending me new concept ideas over the weekend. Hopefully we'll have something before the contest ends. Many thanks.

Dear Tara: Many of us have worked hard, not necessarily to win the contest but to gain experience in the not-so-simple process of understanding the customer's needs. A good number of people here (including myself) have worked hard for many hours for free. Even though you have posted some general guidelines, I believe a simple comment to each design (good or bad), or at least a score (good or bad), would be greatly appreciated by all. thanks for wording that nicely freewheel, and I agree- receiving no feedback or even a simple click of a rating for hours of work kind of makes you wanna give up on spending hours more with revisions altogether. Hopefully contest holders start catching onto this as the best way to get designs with more of what they're looking for.

Hi all, I didn't mean any disrespect. I sincerely appreciate all of the hours of hard work you've put into my designs, as well as your honest feedback. I'd like to throw out a suggetion back to you designers, it would be helpful for me to better understand your designs if you gave me a description of what the symbols mean. I am very into symbolism so if there's something you're trying to express through a symbol, please spell it out for me. That might be a great way for us to work on adjustments together. Hi all, Thank you for these amazing entries that came in over the last couple of days!!! I have one final thought before the contest ends. I'd like to try a Venn Diagram (overlapping circles) as my symbol of the three levels of relationship (to self, other, and spirit). Will you please try and incorporate the overlap and interplay of circles into my logo?
