Talent Impact Partners is a women-owned collective of seven exceptional coaches and consultants who specialize in mission-driven people work. Our vision is that mission-driven organizations achieve THEIR visions.

We want to emphasize the idea of "TIP" - like a tipping point. If you hire us, you can "TIP your culture", "TIP your leadership" etc. In other words, we help you reach your potential by focusing on people, leadership, and culture.

We work with mostly non-profits and education organizations.
