This is a land development company. They buy land and build buildings and homes on it and sell them.
The design should have the following
simple and clean. somewhat abstract design. I've attached a logo (Matmown) that has won in the past for the same person, for reference.
This logo will be used for
- Online (Website, facebook etc.)
- Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
- Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
- Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
