I can say that in general, we're not that big on having a pistol as the main image message. The main reason being, is that we want it to be clear that we're selling SAFES, not the guns themselves. If the image is a pistol, at first glance it looks like we're selling guns. We are also not going to ONLY sell gun safes, but wall safes, fire safes, and others. We'd rather the image be more "safe" oriented, rather than a gun itself. We want someone who sees the logo image to know immediately what we offer. The words of our company name should just confirm that idea. So, in general the winning logo PROBABLY won't be one that focuses on a gun image, but one that mainly focuses on a safe. A gun can be part of the image in a secondary manner, but we're leaning heavily toward a safe being the primary image. Thanks for the submissions everybody... Keep them coming!

As I look at these, I'm realizing more and more that since our website header space is restricted -- we will be leaning heavily toward images to the left of the text. Although the image above the text looks good, for practical purposes -- having the image to the left makes more sense.

Ok, just posted a bunch of ratings and comments. Hopefully this helps you all. Also, please don't take any of my comments as personal. These are all better work than I could do personally, that's for sure. My comments are only in an effort to help guide as to what we're feeling when we look at the logo.
