Describe your company and organization and target audience

I would like the silhouette of a woman and girl to be in the logo. I'm looking for silhouettes that are ethnically ambiguous.

The design should have the following

I would like an icon with name included. Attached is a VERY rough draft of what I envision the logo to look like however i'm open to either my style as well as logos at the designers descretion.

This design should not have this in the entries

We offer services to all women and young girls from age 14 - 25. However our main target are women and girls of color: Black, Asian, Hispanic,etc.
