Describe your company and organization and target audience

I\'d like combination of a capitol building and a text based logo.

The design should have the following

I\'d like the logo to have a state government aesthetic. Something that would work well on a white background. Perfectly official looking would be less than ideal...but the logo should express authority, education, & governance.

This design should not have this in the entries

Primarily automotive dealers. Prospective dealers need to register on our site to take the course in person and existing dealers would use our site to take an online course to meet continuing education requirement.

Colors to use in the design

The web-design project is up for competition as well...I\'d like a white background in the design, so disregard the current website design.
