thank you, will try the larger font. I feel that aesthetically, removing the drop shadow on the words would be better, but weighing that against readability (especially on the yellow) I left it in. any thoughts?

I really like this one. It is very complementary to our existing logo, it show the "growth" of children, it is racially inclusive, and the three circles mirror the three words. I also like the fonts used. I wonder if the bottom font should be slightly bigger so that it will be clear when it is on a smaller scale (letterhead, envelope, etc.)
