We are real estate investors and we are buying a 328 unit apartment complex (multi-family) which is comprised of 9 individual buildings located closed to Denton (TEXAS) The Square (downtown) so we picked the name SQUARE 9 to give it a modern fresh look.

Audience / tenants are single families renting 1 -2 bedroom apartments.
We are going to re-brand the whole complex and give it a fresh modern look

The design should have the following

We are looking at a clean modern Logo for a real estate property.
Logo should reflect a clean professional simple design
It should capture the exact same color as our company logo (Capital Boutiq - see attached) which is Grey / White and Turquoise
SQUARE 9 on top and in smaller letters the tagline APARTMENT HOMES

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

no fancy colors, no BOLD heavy letters, dark colors, no icon or additional object
