Apartment rental properties. Our target audience is the middle class and middle class units. A place our resident can call home and look forward to coming back to at end of the day.

We want our properties to look and feel like they are taken care of.

The design should have the following

Background - We are two retired fire fighters and friends that got together to buy and rehab rental apartments. The "Spanner" in the name is from the spanner wrench in the fire service. However graphically fire and fire department related graphics does not bring warm, comforting ideas about home. It is generally the opposite.

It would be cool if something could be incorporated from our background, but we realize it most likely is not possible.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
