Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a new restaurant holding company starting with unique fast-casual franchises and moving into custom concepts. We put people and process first with an emphasis on running a well-oiled restaurant business. We know profitability creates opportunity so we are a metrics driven organization that works with its people to create clear goals and rewards them for achieving them. Our target audience from a branding perspective is really potential hospitality workers (this brand will not be very consumer facing as our restaurants will stay front-and-center) specifically, back-of-house and front-of-house workers both full and part-time between the ages of 16 - 40. We are focused on attracting people based on personality, not skill... friendly, reliable, team players with a sunny disposition... prior experience in the industry is rarely necessary. We want to attract workers that are a cut above and provide an exemplary experience for our guests.

The design should have the following

Other local restaurant groups we are trying to distinguish ourselves from are https://www.ropeswinggroup.com/ and Yellow Rocket Concepts (search on IG). Design does not have to include the words "Restaurant Group" in it or they can be separated visually in some way. Slogan also does not need to be in the logo. There is a sort of understood "mmmmmm" before So Good. As if the food you taste from our restaurants is always flavorful and delicious. That's also how it feels to work for us :-). Any marks or imagery that gives this 'yum' sort of impression when looking at our design is a bonus. SGRG is also an option to use as either a primary or secondary text mark.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Should be easy to read or digest the name.

Colors to use in the design

We do not have a set color palette yet. Our first restaurant is red, orange, grey, and black. I would prefer we do something neutral or different (on the blue or green side instead of red) from that so as not to be confused between the branding.
