I need a new and fresh logo for my company, I work with authors as promotional services doing book tours. I work with all genres and age ranges, so need something that will fit with everything from fantasy, romance, thriller, horror, crime, nonfiction, childrens, erotica, etc.

The design should have the following

The logo MUST include a dagger/knife and "Silver Dagger Book Tours" and if you can add in a book of some type, that'd be great, but not completely necessary. I DO NOT want the knife to be cheesy like common clip art found online please - I want elegant and beautiful ;)
I don't really have any color preferences, though purple and silver are my favorite colors - please stay away from gold as I have "Silver" in my name.

DO NOT base your design off my current logo please - I want something completely different and fresh and am planning on redesigning my site with a whole new color scheme to fit the new logo if I like it.

I love purple and silver, though am open to any suggestions. Please stay away from gold and yellow as I have SILVER in my name
