Hi eyeconcept. I like the balance of this and the lettering. I would like to see the "s" image be worked with. Play with the colors so the "s" can be blue and integrate with the rest of the word better, while preserving it as it's own icon. Also look to bold "leadership" more. Thanks, I like where this can go.
