I own a real estate company that buys and sells parcels of vacant land (think like anything form a lot that you could build a house on all the way to 100 acres of rural land). If it's land and has no houses or improvements on it then that's what I buy. I send a lot of mail to property owners trying to buy their land. So imagine this, you own vacant land that you have no use for, you get a letter out of the blue from me saying "Hi my name is Matt, I see that you own 5 acres in whatever county, I am interested in purchasing it. Check out my website www.SellLandSimply.com"

So I need a logo that is disarming and friendly so that people don't think that I'm a scam. I am contacting people out of the blue looking to buy their land, they're understandably skeptical. I need a logo that is friendly and professional so that people take me seriously.

The design should have the following

Some idea's could be hills, mountains, general terrain. I buy land, not houses, there shouldn't be a house in the logo. Something generally outdoorsy is good. I think that I like more simple designs. Nothing too cluttered.

I'm thinking a simple design with the words "Sell Land Simply" underneath it. Something like that. Doesn't need to have the words I suppose. But I'm thinking it would work best if it did.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries
