actually, i still like this one the best, the fading doesn't look as nice as this one - trying to get other opinions in the office as i like this one just how it is... i'll get back to you

of all your designs i still like this one the best, it's simple and i like the colors - now let's see....instead of cutting the word in half with the grey, how about a fade(slight) from bottom to top, dark to light, using the dark color - thanks!
